Product images displayed on the platform are for illustrative purposes only. Actual colours, textures, and dimensions may vary slightly due to photography lighting, screen calibration, and manufacturing tolerances. Our in-store experience uses RFID technology and a product scanner for autonomous checkout. While we strive for accuracy, Veilforce does not guarantee that the system will be error-free at all times. Technical issues such as:

• Damaged or missing RFID tags
• Scanner connectivity issues
• Temporary system downtime

…may occur. In such cases, please seek assistance. Veilforce shall not be held liable for any loss or inconvenience resulting from system errors or RFID malfunctions beyond our reasonable control.

In-store payments are processed by Razorpay, a third-party payment gateway. Veilforce does not store or have access to your card or UPI details. We are not responsible for any issues arising from Razorpay's systems, including payment failures, delays, or security incidents on their platform.

For online orders, Cash on Delivery is handled by our logistics partners. Veilforce is not liable for delays or failures caused by the delivery partner.

Veilforce does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience unexpected downtime. We will endeavour to minimise disruption but accept no liability for losses arising from platform unavailability.

Our platform may contain links to third-party websites (e.g., Razorpay, Instagram). Veilforce does not control these websites and is not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or availability. Accessing third-party links is entirely at your own risk.

Nothing on the Veilforce platform constitutes legal, financial, medical, or professional advice. All content is for general informational and commercial purposes only.

To the maximum extent permitted under Indian law, Veilforce, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:
