Shipping Policy

This policy applies to all online orders placed on the Veilforce platform. In-store purchases via our RFID or scanner system are taken home by the customer directly and are not subject to shipping.
1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to addresses across India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Delivery Timeline
Orders are typically delivered within 3–7 business days from the date of order confirmation. Business days exclude Sundays and national public holidays.
Delivery timelines may vary based on your location, courier availability, and factors outside our control such as natural events or civil disruptions.
3. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of placement
- You will receive an order confirmation on your registered account
- Once dispatched, tracking details will be shared via your account order history
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout before you confirm your order. We may offer free shipping on select orders or during promotional periods.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
All online orders are fulfilled via Cash on Delivery. Payment is collected by the delivery partner at the time of delivery in Indian Rupees. Please ensure you have the exact amount ready, as change may not always be available.
Refusing delivery without a valid reason may result in restrictions on future COD eligibility on your account.
6. Failed Deliveries
If delivery is attempted and fails due to an incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal, the courier will attempt re-delivery as per their policy. After exhausted attempts, the order may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges may apply.
7. Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery and immediately contact us via Instagram DM at @veilforce with photos of the packaging and item.
