By accessing or using the Veilforce platform — including our website, in-store RFID scanning system, and product scanner — you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

These terms apply to all users: online shoppers, in-store customers using the RFID or scanner system, and any visitors to our platform.

Veilforce is an Indian retail platform that offers two modes of shopping:

• In-Store Experience: An autonomous, employee-free shopping experience using RFID technology and a product scanner. Payments in-store are processed via Razorpay.
• Online Store: An e-commerce platform where orders are placed online and fulfilled via Cash on Delivery (COD).

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and make purchases on Veilforce. By using our services, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity conducted under your account is your responsibility. Notify us immediately via Instagram DM at @veilforce if you suspect unauthorised access.

Online Orders: All online purchases are fulfilled via Cash on Delivery. Payment is collected at the time of delivery. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable taxes.

In-Store Purchases: Payments at our physical store are processed securely through Razorpay. By using the in-store system, you consent to Razorpay's payment terms.

Veilforce reserves the right to cancel orders in cases of stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Our in-store experience is designed for self-service. You are responsible for scanning all items accurately before completing payment. Removing items from the store without completing the payment process constitutes theft and may result in legal action under applicable Indian law.

Veilforce is not liable for system errors that occur due to damaged RFID tags or scanner malfunctions. Please contact store staff if you encounter any issue.

All content on this platform — including the Veilforce name, logo, product descriptions, images, and software — is the intellectual property of Veilforce and is protected under applicable Indian copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorised reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.

• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempting to reverse-engineer or tamper with the RFID or scanner system
• Providing false information during registration or checkout
• Interfering with the platform's security or infrastructure

To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, Veilforce shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform or in-store systems. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the order in dispute.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gujarat, India.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
