Refund & Exchange Policy

At Veilforce, we want you to love what you purchase. As a retail business operating both in-store and online, we have designed a fair and transparent exchange policy. Please read it carefully before making a purchase.
1. Our Policy: Exchange Only
Veilforce operates an exchange-only policy. We do not offer monetary refunds on any purchases, whether made online or in-store. All sales are final with respect to cash refunds.
Exchanges are accepted only for valid reasons listed in Section 2 below.
2. Valid Reasons for Exchange
- Item received is defective or damaged at the time of delivery
- Wrong product delivered (different from what was ordered)
- Wrong size delivered (for apparel or sized products)
- Item is significantly different from its description on the platform
Exchanges are not accepted for:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Items that have been used, washed, or altered
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Items purchased during clearance or sale events
3. How to Request an Exchange
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order via Instagram DM at @veilforce
- Share your order ID, a clear photo of the item received, and the reason for exchange.
- Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
- If approved, we will arrange for pickup of the original item and dispatch the replacement.
4. Exchange Conditions
- The item must be unused and in its original condition with all tags intact
- The original packaging must be retained
- Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
- Subject to availability of the replacement item
5. In-Store Purchases
For products purchased via our in-store RFID or scanner system, exchange requests must be raised at the store within 24 hours of purchase with your digital receipt. The same conditions apply.
In-store payments made via Razorpay are non-refundable. In the event of a confirmed system error (e.g., double charge), please contact us immediately. Razorpay disputes will be handled in accordance with Razorpay's dispute resolution process.
6. COD Orders
For Cash on Delivery orders, if you refuse delivery without a valid reason, you may be restricted from placing future COD orders on Veilforce.
Shipping charges for exchange orders will be borne by Veilforce only in cases where the fault lies with us (wrong or defective item). In all other approved cases, the customer bears return shipping costs.
7. Contact for Disputes
For any unresolved disputes related to exchanges, contact us via Instagram DM @veilforce. All disputes are subject to Indian consumer protection laws and the jurisdiction of courts in Gujarat.
